Laser Pins for Thunder Laser Honeycomb 100% INFILL. Welcome to the Thunder Family! these pins are 3D printed in the color of Blue designed for use with the honeycomb tray of the Thunder Laser Nova series machines. these pins fit the Nova 24, 35, 51, and 63. (widest diameter of pin is about 10.5mm) Made with Strong and Flexible PETG filament and infilled to increase stability and strength! 100% INFILL Now with 4 different STYLES/TYPES to accommodate everyone's specific needs. STYLES: Double-Sided low profile: this truly is my masterpiece design, these pins have flexible tabs on both sides allowing you the ability to hold down 2 materials that are side by side or in the unfortunate event that one breaks or gets cut by the laser then you have no worries, just turn it around and you got yourself a fully usable pin still! the tabs on these pins are sized differently to allow you more control for where you place your pins in the honeycomb tray. One tab is normal length and the other is shorter. Low profile: If you aren't a fan of the double sided pins and want something more familiar then I would definitely recommend these pins, they are essentially the same as the double sided pins but without the short side. Medium profile: I originally made these custom for a customer in order to help her with an issue she was having with the laser head crashing into the High profile pins, I never released these pins until now but I decided to throw it in as an option, these pins have a lot of the strength benefits you all know and love but these were specially designed to just barely clear the laser head at 6mm focus when fully pushed down. these pins are also easier to lift out of the honeycomb tray due to a slightly thicker tab than the low profile options. High profile: these were my original pins that we beloved by many in the Thunder community, these pins are hands down the strongest pins I make and are super easy to twist and remove from the honeycomb tray due to the thick tab, I only recommend these now to experienced thunder laser users because if you aren't familiar with how the laser head travels you can end up crashing your laser head into these pins.
